Our ABW Gehäusetechnik Ltd. offers the whole range of products, that can be manufactured of metal sheet by intelligent cutting or punching, either by our own design or custom-made: operating consoles, switchgears, noise enclosures, engine frames and machine guards.

Also possible is the combination of various materials, such as steel, aluminium, refined steel or surfaced sheets of up to 4 mm wall thickness, depending on customer requirements. Thus, design flexibility and stability are not contradictory at all.
 
After the release of the 3D-construction, a CAM-data analysis is made, backed up and forwarded to our production plants Weingarten, Plakowice or Hockenheim. Recurring parts can be efficiently integrated in extended constructions or new designs.

In cooperation with an approved laboratory parts quality will be analyzed and verified. Questions like EMV, climate or FEM-bound modal analyses may be discussed with their experts.
Life cycle and wear-out of mechatronic systems will be verified in long-term tests in special labs.

Released series products are packed into specifically developed shuttle boxes made of wood and metal, then transported to one of our own or directly to the customer factories, where they will be completed with further SYSMART® performances, what could also be done via Kanban-process. 

For applications which require low weight and high geometric stability, including geometric dimensioning and tolerances, we offer a special invention of our ABW Gehäusetechnik Inc.: lightweight walls and plates of high stability and flatness, which may be used, for example, as plane tables, mirrors or suction plates. The ABW Gehäusetechnik manufacture these plates (size of approximately 2m x 2,50m) by a special owner-developed bonding method, partially under vacuum conditions.
