Usually, catalogues try to attract customers by offers, which soon prove unrealistic because of too many various tolerances of all included components. The ART Group works in marked contrast to that: before we start to design customized cabling systems we will perform detailed analyses of customer requirements and process reliability in line production.  

Our customized solutions include development and manufacturing of cable harnesses, cabling systems consisting of sheathed cables and single-wires, but also ready-made motor wires for power increase in the train.
The diameter of the cables we use for our motor wires, sensor cables, energy supply chains, highways and customized solutions extends from 0,02 to 350 mm², depending on customer requirements. Together with our suppliers we can quickly develop and manufacture customized contacts and cables. Since we have outsourced most components, we are able to provide to our customer a profound value analysis keeping his highest possible profit in mind. For recurring parts attractive price conditions could be achieved.       

Our technical staff do further studies regularly to keep up-to-date with the state-of-the-ART.

SYSMART® may be described as sort of “all-inclusive” customer offer: we involve our customer from the very beginning: starting with product design, finishing with the determination of later logistical parameters in line production. Depending on customer demand, be it standard cable, variant or option, we will plan our stock quantity, to provide quick and reliable delivery, no matter, if it is one-piece-flow or lot size of 1000! In close teamwork with our eastern European specialists for logistics and production control we are able to dispose complete cabling systems, including control unit, switchgear or desk, right up to the shipping pallet. Our automate-tested “all-inclusive” system allows precise planning of the installation at the customer construction site. That means: flexible delivery to any desired destination, no matter if one-time (right up to the construction site), or via JIT to JIS, via Kanban or at call.
